We're hiring a hotelier, not a techie.
We don't need another product manager who's read about hotels. We need someone who's stood at the front desk at 11pm, argued with an OTA extranet, and knows exactly what a guest means when they send "any early checkin?" with no punctuation.
As our first Hotelier-in-Residence, you'll onboard our first 100 hotels, own hotel success end to end, and sit next to the product team teaching us what guests actually want, not what a spec sheet says they want.
